GEMS UIS Shines at Tech Day Event
GEMS United Indian School students showcased their talents at GEMS Modern Academy's Tech Day event. Grade 12 students, Hammad Ali Ahmed, Gleon Shawnal Dsouza, and Rajat Krishna Krishnanand, clinched the top spot in senior game development with their creation "DUNGEON ESCAPE," earning Gaming Odyssey Sr medals and a trophy. Their 3D platformer wowed judges with its graphics and soundtrack. Meanwhile, in junior game development, grade 8 boys Adavaith Vellattuvalappil Sreejith, Abdullah Mohammad Rafiq Shaikh , Arnav Singh Sikerwar , Arjun Guruprasad Korgaonkar secured third place with "ECO QUEST ADVENTURE GAME USING SCRATCH," earning Gaming Odyssey Jr medals. Additionally, in the Esport Rocket League, Johan Jose Tharakan, Mohammed Anas Qureshi, and Suryanshu Ajeesh took second place. Our Respected Principal, Mr. K George Mathew's unwavering support motivated students to excel, reflecting the ACP’s of Automaticity and the VAA’s of Resilience in the face of tough competition.
